How Can We Help?

What hidden costs are there?

There are no hidden costs for our pottery painting. Each session lasts 1 hour 30 minutes and you pay for what you paint, eat or buy from our retail area!

What if I am not local to collect my piece?

Don't worry, we have visitors from far and wide. We can post your item to you through Royal Mail. We do charge postage and although we take care to wrap your pottery as best we can, posting is at your own risk.

Can I bring my children even I don't paint?

Everyone is welcome at The Kiln Cafe, come and watch the kids get creative whilst you relax with a coffee or a drink from our bar.

Can I bring decorations and food for my special event?

We provide some decorations but customers are welcome to bring extra! Food is encouraged and if you are holding a party, why not bring a cake? We are fully licensed so please refrain from bringing alcohol.
